I am Manasi Agarwal, a product designer building a collaborative online coding interview platform, FaceCode for HackerEarth.
Previously, I was part of the design team at Shuttl, designing experiences for India’s most awarded app-based daily office commute service. Also, I worked on several fintech products for Faircent, IHS Markit, One Shield Insurance and Toffee Insurance.
Throughout my career, I have shipped products in multiple domains, including consumer-facing products in finance and mobility, SaaS and enterprise applications. This wide range of experience has allowed me to develop a keen sense of creating within complex ecosystems.
Additionally, I am a practicing writer and have an affinity towards UX research and behavioural science.

As a self-taught designer, I have learned most from the teams that I have worked with. A collaborative learning environment, driven by constructive feedback, makes me happy and inspires me to grow. More than anything, I am drawn to teams who are curious, experimental, and ambitious.

I am an entrepreneur at heart, with a passion to build innovative products that add value to people’s lives in a sustainable way.
During my time at university, I helped build sustainable businesses for three underprivileged communities in Delhi through Enactus and co-founded an e-commerce platform to help college students find curated study materials. In 2019, I also helped set up a Pan Asian and Indian food cloud kitchen in Gurgaon.
When I'm not working, I enjoy reading thrillers and comedy fiction novels as well as learning about various subjects like psychology, behavioural science, interior design and architecture. A few of my favourite things are to discover less-travelled places and their food, create cocktails, and doing improv theatre.
