Currently, I’m at Middleware, helping engineering managers get a holistic view of the entire software development lifecycle.
Previously, I was at HackerEarth, designing FaceCode, an online coding interview platform. Prior to that, I helped shape the way India gets to work at Shuttl.
I’ve also spent time in the world of fintech, working with teams at Faircent, IHS Markit, One shield insurance and Toffee Insurance to create seamless financial products.
I've always been fascinated by how people think, decide, and behave. This curiosity led me to dive deep into behavioral science, which plays a major role in how I design today.
Whether it’s understanding user motivations or crafting designs that foster engagement, I use behavioral insights to create products that not only solve problems but resonate with users on a deeper level.

As a self-taught designer, I have learned most from the teams that I have worked with. A collaborative learning environment, driven by constructive feedback, makes me happy and inspires me to grow. More than anything, I am drawn to teams who are curious, experimental, and ambitious.

Creating value, sustainably
I am an entrepreneur at heart, with a passion to build innovative products that add value to people’s lives in a sustainable way.
During my time at university, I helped build sustainable businesses for three underprivileged communities in Delhi through Enactus and co-founded an e-commerce platform to help college students find curated study materials. In 2019, I also helped set up a Pan Asian and Indian food cloud kitchen in Gurgaon.
Beyond the work
When I'm not working, I enjoy reading thrillers and comedy fiction novels as well as learning about various subjects like psychology, behavioural science, interior design and architecture. A few of my favourite things are to discover less-travelled places and their food, create cocktails, and doing improv theatre.
